I'm going to imcrease my calories to be closer to maintenance for a few days and then lower them again to see if that helps with shedding the weight. Maybe I've really hit a plateau this time.
I didn't use a calculator but I know my maintenance is around ~2400 after monitoring my weight for 2-3 weeks.
Usually I go into a 1000 a day deficit on average.
I would start first by logging every single thing you put in your mouth, if not already.
