Random discovery. There is a site that a compilation of a large study, where something like 750k postal codes were gathered, and statistics were put together. With that, they have created a general outline of what people in your area are like.

Maybe I haven't had enough coffee yet this morning but the range far exceeds the postal code area. How do you have that big a population in a small city block?

This just sounds so funny.

It's where I live. I guess I'll go relax in my family room with my home theatre system (mono speaker on the tube TV).

Next door neighbour fits the bill spot on, except that income doesn't. Assuming it's all the retired people skewing it down (which is a large group in this place 60+)

multiple areas in the country can have the same segmentation

so your postal code is a sample of that broader psychographic segment

I got exactly what u got. Cept there's a lot of families with young kids in my area. Or yes, the exact demographic they described.

I am too lazy to cut and paste mine but mine is somewhat accurate. My HH income is way above that, accountant GF brings that average right up.

My driveway drain backed up and I took off from work to pump the water out before it gets in the basement.

Of all of my immediate neighbours (4), three were home. Two are mid 50's, retired (both families worked for crown corps or gov, way up there on the sunshine like /stalker), one guy used to own golf courses, 80+ he is retired. It's like a free alarm system, also a drain back up alert system built into the neighbourhood.

Lol same for us. On garbage day, the empty recycle/green bins are already gone from the curb for half the houses by noon. In my old hood, they would still be there 2 days later for some houses. Love living beside old retirees.

I'm one of those guys. I'm a stay-at-home dad.

I work whatever hours I want, since I'm running my own business.
