With the cost to borrow being reduced, what is the rationale behind renting?
Though I do get that renting at a low cost makes sense if you are aiming for something specific later on!

I'm done with buying short term in this hell hole of a city. I don't have long term plans to stay in the same place and if I rented it afterwards I'd be upside down 850/month with 20% down.

Sweet man, that's pretty awesome. I've got a few years left and I'm mortgage free. Can't wait. Although my mortgage is pennies compared to yours I'm sure.

Beginning of Feb. for me (first week I think)
speaking of amg's. Some guy rolled up to the gas station lastnight in a whie c63(with winter tires at least) and proceeded to pump gas with the engine on because race car. He was wearing pj pants and a puffy (with furry hood )parasuco jacket. Thought I was at walmart for a minute. So confuse.
