I assume this is not a good thing lol, but I actually bruised my leg yesterday with squats / cinches. A guy I work with (who's a tank) said he gets bruises all the time from lifting heavy weights.

depends on where the brusies are, I get a bruise across my traps from squatting, and occasionally but not as recent since I'm fatter now I get a nice hip bruise from my inzer belt.
