Sold it over the weekend, funds cleared today so off it goes tonight.
i have narrowed it down to 4 options lol. the 348 is winning on price, i like the looks, and it's in excellent shape. From reading it's an excellent drive as well.
-1992 black on black 348TB, 48,000km need an enigne out service, extremly clean otherwise with straight pipes to tubi mufflers, OEM exhaust included with cats, so i can pass an etest.
I will do the engine out myslelf and i look forward to it!
-1995 Red on tan 355GTB - needs engine out, tires, and interior work, only 28k. A bit over budget, acutally a lot over budget by the time you add eveything up that needs done, has TUBI exhuast. But it's one sexy car!
- I have a line of a couple 1983-84 Ferrari 400is, V12 4 seat 5 spd. The sounds of the V12 is just ooooohhh ya. plus 4 seats so the family can come. If somthing goes wrong with the V12 though, shiiiit
- Build a factory 5 type 65 coupe. Will take years with the free time i have to complete it, but damn its a sexy beast! Would probably run a mild motor, a stroker 302, probably a 331 or order a ford motorsports 340hp crate motor.

348, get your feet wet on the F-car before diving in.
i know nothing about the prancing ponies, but from from looks alone i like the 348 way better that the 355.
factory5 would be fun to build with the kid over time. do you have the patience bro? lol

Wont budge of his price, and it is a bit on the high side. Was told just needs tires and engine out, but interior leather is messed up.
I am leaning 348 as well, but man the 400i sounds so good, and is a great cruiser car

HOLY CRAP.
Factory 5 gets my vote. I saw one the other day on the road.
So sweet.
None of the Ferrari maint headache crap, easy to source parts. More rare than any Ferrari. But to be honest, I'm also liking the 348 or 400i. Me personally though, I'd do the Daytona coupe. My fave carrrrrrrrrr.

i dont think i have the patience to wait for me to finish a car for a couple years. I want somthing to drive NOW.
both can make some money for me next spring, 355 is more money than i want tied up in a project.
hahah there is a sweet 86 testarosa for sale in Napane for 65k, but a bit much

Oh, and is "engine out" like the equivalent of "needs an o2 sensor" for normal cars!?!
need to take the engine out to access components to be serviced.
like the serpentine belt that drives the cams...
so more involved than an o2 sensor

that 400i would be interesting. different and v12 factor
