The other two guys weighed 50+ pounds less than me and ran cross country


I routinely run 5 or more miles a week

1.5 mile pace sounds impressive(impossible to say, because you of course don't list it).

FWIW I actually suspect you are fast for a short distance. But 5 miles a week doesn't sound far, let alone anything like "very" far. That's what? less than 40 minutes of running.
Very far starts at about 20 miles, I suspect you're hitting the wall at 1/2 that.

This isn't about chink in the armor, it's about you coming in to shit on people constantly. Based on your e-bragging vs Stickaz, I'd put money on Stickaz.

I run more than 5 miles a week on average. The trail next to my house is marked every 1/4, run 2.5 miles down it and back is just convenient. I don't have nike plus at the moment.


I can run more than 10 miles with ease. You suspect wrong you cross eyed mole person.

And I apologize I don't have the exact numbers, it was over 3 years ago and a lot has happened in my life since then, being good at the physical portion of the academy wasn't something surprising to me. I was surprised people failed. Weak.

Alright well pick a distance and e-race me. All you need is a smartphone (strava), then assuming you beat me , we can move on to how you are a better swimmer and biker I presume?

My favorite part is that everyone else in his thread is guaranteed faster in running than me, except for the only person claiming to be. Not sure what that 'a lot has happened in 3 years' bit implies but I'm guessing it's the excuse-o-meter ramping up. Not surprising.

I'm not saying 6:20 or whatever is a bad mile pace, if you look up my profile on strava I ran a similar one before I started some jogging last year i guess based on residual bike fitness or swimming or something. Sounds like it will be close I'd guess-- don't get me wrong my running sucks really badly. Actually I'm not sure compared to my peers my biking could be just as bad.

I'll be sure to go extra hard though lol. Or you can just enter a tri and compare splits that might be fun. My 'a' race will be an olympic tri in September. After all, your position is that you are faster than me in everything right? What better way to prove it?

You know what though? Who gives a fuck? There will be many people faster than me at these types of things (chicks included), kudos to all of them. Even if one of them likes to shit on everyone that doesn't meet his version of some kind of fitness ideal. Kudos to that guy too.

No, that's not what it implies. It means sorry I can't recall some numbers from the exit physical of the academy I graduated from in 2011, it implies I don't care. I've since got engaged, got a home, lots of stuff at work, etc etc.


I'm in excellent shape. I'm in better shape than when I graduated the academy.

When do we move on to the swim so you can prove you are a faster swimmer than me also? Do you have a bike or can you borrow one? The crickets have remained curiously silent on how we will get to the other 2/3 of your statement earlier in this thread. Don't get me wrong this isn't even remotely fast below any actual runner would laugh at it.


Fwiw this jog included a couple lights, but I don't know what distance you think proves that you are faster than me so I just went for a run.
