"Animal to beast"

Outline what you're eating bro! I still want to get on the chugging veggies bandwagon.

I will more specifically but for an example today's lunch is the large nutribullet full of organic baby spinach, blue berry, banana, flax seed, chia seed and almonds and a half a chicken

So half a 2.2 pound chicken, my veggie shake and a banana

It's very extremely easy to shred weight with a veggie/fruit/seed/nut shake but, although you'll have a ton of nutrients you'll be protein deficient you must supplement protein or else you'll shed muscle too

We haven't even begun yet.

Edit - Instead of the workout I just posted, I decided today to do "murph" AKA body armor.

Buy a nutribullet pro, we just got another one because idk my girl is anal about how I use or abuse our nutribullet so she got the new "pro" model for her. My original still works fine lol.

Buy organic fruit/veggies and seeds. Flax, Chia, goji berry etc are all good.

Make some concoctions, you're going to have to figure the calories out yourself, I don't really get down like that. I know it's low calorie.

My personal favs are

Kale
blueberries
flax seed
chia seed
banana
raw almonds
avacado

feel like the Kale gives me a good pump.

I use zero supplements and haven't in quite a long time.

It's definitely on my to-do list. I have no problem prepping/cooking protein, I just don't like dealing with veggies. Assuming it doesn't fuck with my stomach, blending to get my daily allotment of veggies should be much easier.

I've been "supplementing" with the nutri bullet for like 2-4 months now.

Now we ramp up my training in preparation for summer

It's not just a blender. It's way better.

I need to setup a pull-up bar in my garage. I did the 100 pull-ups today on the rafter and it had sharp edges and random nails.

Tomorrow is going to be lots of dead lifting and lots of high intensity running

I believe this one
http://www.amazon.com/Nutri-Bullet-NBR-12-12-Piece-Hi-Speed/dp/B007TIE0GQ

The Pro has a larger cup, and beefier motor.

I have both nutribullets, the standard and the pro. They come with "recipe" books but I just do my own thing.

The base of all my blends are greens. Kale/baby spinach/broccoli/spring greens

Usually kale though, I feel like kale really gives me a good pump (all mental I'm sure)

Then I add fruits/nuts/seeds/berries/etc

Right now I just slammed a large container of kale/carrots/flax seed/blueberry and almonds
