wow man, that's a solid home!!! I love all the trim in there!
This is probably one of the nicer places posted on here, I've gotta admit I love it.
So the garage is also heated and 600 sq. ft.? I am major jelly!!!!
Not sure what the bylaws are where you are, but the first thing I'd do is build a fence from the sides of the house to the property lines at the sides to fully enclose for privacy/security. You can let the dog run around in the back too

Canuck, the best thing about the trim being the little crowns at the top of each door way, if you look close at them, each one is a little bit different. It would be damn near impossible to make the same one twice.
And yeah, building a big fence around the yard is #1 priority. It will happen in the spring when I get some money back together. Going to do a wrought iron gate in the driveway, and a 6' fence all around it.
My garage at my last house was nearly same size, but didn't have the little additions, I think these will make a big difference for keeping storage and work space as two seperate things. But my last garage, had electric heat and was fully plumbed with its own bathroom. This urnial just goes into a hole in the ground oustide. Funny, but it does the job.
