it's closed w/ finalists announced for PhotoPlus Expo a couple weeks ago. all finalists will be printed in the March 2013 issue of PDN, where they will also announce the category winners and grand prize.

From my first engagement shoot this past weekend. The couple was referred to me by a friend. They were awesome, really ingot the shoot and having a great time. Shooting their wedding in April. We did this at George Washington's Grist Mill in Mt Vernon.

What crooked horizon, lol.

For the most part I love the photo but the crooked horizon is killing it for me. Also could use a little more texture on the trunk and rocks a little (via sharpening, clarity, some form of processing I'm not aware of).
