Basically bagged the last 2 weeks due to an ab strain and then got sick late last week... Did a deload protocol this week and planning to get back on the horse Monday as well as back on my macros...

Dude, I think you've surpassed my legs. I don't squat nearly as much as you do anymore, and your legs look bigger than mine when I look in a mirror. I don't knw what it is but I always think my legs look small. I have a barrel chest, so it might just be the relative size compared to my rib cage, but I dunno. Just saw Waynes post about your hips- I forgot you were bionic.
About 4 weeks left until I start my prep which I am looking forward too, cause I'm tired of being a fatty...
Guys I know have been dropping out of shows at an alarming rate... Contest prep is not for the faint of heart, and hope I can make it to the finish line... It's those last 8-10 weeks that seem to break you down and crush your spirit...

well hope your faggot back is okay Cory! haha, squats you can have a depth pass all day, but deadlifts with shit form scare the crap out of me. Probably only why I barely made it to 451 after everyone else surpassed me into the 480-500 range. I'm not down with fucking my back up for bragging rights.
