Same... keep in mind, there are many people in their 20s and 30s still living with their parents. They will either continue to live with their parents or suck it up and buy a small box in the sky. EVERYONE (well not everyone) is waiting for the market to crash.

Wait, wat?
Just saw on the new that the Mr. Christie plant in Etobicoke is closing down for a new condo development. Srsly, how many condos can this city support? When the old Mr. Christie’s Bakery closes in 2013, for 550 workers, many of them from families with a decades-old history of mixing, baking and packing biscuits, the shutdown is the end of the line.
Mondelez Canada, a new entity that emerged this October from the split of Kraft’s North American operations, hopes to rezone the industrial-use land at Lake Shore Blvd. W. and Park Lawn Rd. for mixed-use development, including a concept for 27 condo towers http://www.thestar.com/news/gta/article/...ndo-developmenthttp://www2.macleans.ca/2012/11/01/toron...es-out-of-work/

^^ So are you going to try to do that for you kids?
not exactly.
What I will do is, as soon as my son is done school or starts working or whatever. I will ask him to pay me 'rent' and I will put that rent money into a savings account for him for as long as I feel I saved up for his down payment to buy a house.
my parents did that for me, if they hadnt saved my money for me, I wouldnt be living in my house right now.

I hate when people say its complicated.
Nothing is complicated, there are like 3 fawking things that everyone divorces over. I am sure it's one of those...

I am sure it's one of those... so what is 'one of those'? love how people assume things that I dont know about. point is, I've moved on and much more happier now - no more bullshit.
Infidelity, conflict/abuse or financial I'd say are the main reasons... I think whether it's complicated or not depends on the perspective tho - if you're the one in the situation, it's never simple, but looking from the outside, it's easy to oversimplify.
