Hip mobility from what I'm told. I have a really hard time keeping my chest up when squatting. Also shoulders don't move so well.

Start with your feet off the wall about a foot or so. If that's too difficult still then you can take your feet further off the wall as necessary. The goal is to be able to squat all the way down and up with your toes touching the wall.

Thanks.

Yesterday was my first official class after the foundations course. SWOD was 5/3/1 back squats. WOD was 30 squat cleans for time. I started really light at a whopping 85 lbs since I've never done the move before. It was great and I'm hooked.

Yesterday was tough. 8 min AMRAP. 15KB swings 53# and 9 burpee box jumps at 24". I got 116 reps in and was dying!

Find how many are around you. Then check and see what they do as far as free classes. Some give you one week, some give you one day. Some do a free class every Saturday and then some are just stingy assholes.

Not all Crossfit boxes/gyms are the same. Some are top notch and some are dangerously stupid. So go shopping for your coaches.

1. I'm hooked.
2. Holy fuck im tired
3. seriously though...fucking beat.
4. I don't know how to jump rope...(double unders FML).

I scaled the snatches to 115. Finished in 11:46. Last week was the first time I've made it 4 days in a week. Feels good to force myself to leave the office and get to a workout this often. Beach season/bachelor parties are comin up.

cash out 1 mile run.

I did this at home and didn't time myself because I was hungover and missed the AM class but it was a tough one.

Been at it for 3 months or so (with a 3 week break for vacation in the middle).

Have lost 30lbs, increased weight on all my lifts, and feel great overall..

I know people hate on the shit, but its no fucking joke...it works.

Weigh 162 right now - really pleased.

We did the Chief today...fucking brutal but Rx'd and killed each round...5+11 first round, and kept it up ended at 5 even on the 5th round...amped.

I did 215x2 for bench yesterday and last week strict press 135x1 but I am nowhere near those sqaut and DL numbers.

Anybody attempt 13.1 yet? I'm doing it tomorrow afternoon. I'm expecting to finish the 135s but I doubt after all the fatigue I will be able to crack into the 165s.
