VTECZILLA, What do you think about the Greddy EVO2 exhaust as far as fit and finish are concerned? Did the exhaust rust at all? How was the durablililty on it? What about the sound? Do you by any chance have any sound clips of it at all? If you can PM me with more pictures if you have them because im considering that one or maybe the N1. But I heard that the EVO2 is less noisy than the N1. Have you ever gotten pulled over with you exhaust at all?

BUY MY SEATS 1st!!!! then your exhaust As far as rust, the EVO2 is all SS And my car has never seen rain so I can't be fair to ansr.that. as far as fit,The GReddy is way better fitting then the Apexi the N1. The piping hits the gas tank and rubs My pic for you is The GReddy SP2 or for a few $$$ go with the comptech.here are the sound clips you aksed for. I hope it helps ya. http://www.team-integra.net/sections/articles/showArticle.asp?ArticleID=451

I think taht I'm going to be more inclined to buy the Greddy EVO because i've heard that its quieter than the N1 and i think it looks better. due to it sitting low under your car, have you ever managed to scrape it at all?

My Greddy rusted all to hell and fit like ass. The Apex'i has better coating on their piping, and I liked the way it looked on my car. If you're n/a though, it is way too big of piping... I noticed my cars performance get BETTER when I took off the N1 and put on the Mugen.

So, if i am n/a which I am, would you suggest that I go for the EVO2? I mean if you say that you lost some power by putting on the bigger diameter piping, then for me, the Apex-i N1 wouldn't be the right type of exhaust for me.

The Evo 2 is a pretty good exhaust... Most people will only hate on it because it's not JDM.
I had the Evo, it fit fine, and did'nt give me any real rust problems. There was a bit of rust around the flanges, but nothing to loose sleep over... Plus, the Evo is not stainles steel, and the Evo 2 is... So I imagine that problem is not really present on the Evo 2.
It sounds good, looks sleek, and it fits and functions well on any NA/basic bolt on Si...

Hello, I'm new to the forums. Nice pics and your paint job is immaculate. But straight to the question at hand--- Are there any out there that don't sound stock but are not very louid either? A very subtle purring noise I guess is the way I would have to describe it. I've heard one before while I was driving on the freeway. Just thought I would ask.
I really REALLY want an RS-R Ex mag for my SI but I hear everyone say the rust REALLY QUICKLY since they are not SS. The other one I'm looking at is the Greddy SP2. Do you have any pics of that one? I saw you mentioned it in a post but I didn't see the pics.
I've got a few questions about exhaust:
How much longer does stainless steel usually last than regular steel (I believe it's called mild steel)? Are the Apexi WS2 known to rust quickly too?
What is the difference between the Greddy SP and SP2? (If any)
Also, I've seen rust proof paint at parts stores, would painting the piping with anti-rust paint help extend the life of the exhaust?(like how the RS-R's are coated) Anyone ever try this?
