Thanks man. I'll give it a shot. Sounds like a quick one to make. I have some of that pre cooked grilled chicken strips from Costco that heat up pretty quickly. I was looking at my breakdown in MFP. It says I went waaay over my cholesterol and sodium percentages.
But everything else looks like its checking out. Maybe I should move this over to OT. I know LNXguy has got to have some fish recipes.

Sodium is something I fail to meet most days. I am okay with that. I am drinking tons of water and low cal and low fat. I need taste from somewhere lol.

Also, I love sauces which I know are bad. So any good sauce substitutes or any low cal/low carb sauces you've invented. Whats so bad about sauces? I burn through ranch and ketchup.
Most of the Ketchup I see at the store has large amounts of sugar and other crap in it. And of course that's not the natural sugar, but highly processed and refined HFCS, or "regular" sugar if you spend more for the brands that have it.

I make pita pizza's with turkey pepperoni, light cheese and bruschetta for sauce - add veggies to taste.
Potatoes are pretty low cal and you can mash them with a bit of light sour cream and light cheese, BBQ them, or just grill them with a bit of OO/garlic/salt/pepper.
Some stores here have skinless drumsticks, I'm all over those (thighs are good too). I do a homade shake and bake with flour, cayenne+misc spices. or you can just use a mix of sauces and spices.
I have made my own wings, but skinning wings is a lot of work.
A small steak is a good choice too.
Make your own soup - buy a chicken, boil it with a ton of stuff for broth. Use the meat for protein and add whatever you want for flavour. I've done variations with different vegetables, beans, barley etc. Take a type of soup you like, and use the ingredients to taste.

I go for the all natural hot sauces. I read labels like an old woman so I'm always checking the ingredients.
My personal favorite is Baily Farms Jalapeno sauce. All natural ingredients.
There may be low-fat/sugar alternatives to what you posted but just remember, those which claim to be low fat usually still have sugar or HFCS. Just read the labels.

The most important label to me is the one that lists the fewest ingredients.

Any other healthy sauces or accoutremonts that I can use instead of high fructose corn syrup based ones.
For instance I love/like: Thousand Island Dressing ketchup Mayonaise Ranch BBQ Yoshidas
I'd like to know if there are some healthier alternatives out there.
Light mayo and light ranch for one thing. The regular versions of both are ridiculously high in calories and fat. Hidden Valley light ranch is pretty damn good. Just don't use a gallon of it on your salad.

We have a few fitness recipe books. I recommend NOW EAT THIS by Rocco dispirito. It's all low cal versions of American favorites. A lot of the recipes are simple and you wouldn't need the book, just the idea.

I made a breakfast cheesesteak yesterday.
3oz roast beef lunch meat 3/4 cup of egg whites 2 slice of provolone cheese wrapped up in a flatout flat bread
370 calories 55 grams of protein 19 grams of carbs 11 grams of fat
Someone could also add fried peppers and onions for another 50 or so calories. You could also replace the beef with turkey or just cut to 2oz to save calories.

Srsly salad dressing. I changed from my favorite 1000 island to olive oil and red wine vinaigrette. But the oil is 236 calories.
I hate using 'diet' dressing but the zesty Italian only has 16 calories for 2 Tbsp. I guess I just answered my own question...FML
