kuhmo escta supra 712 205/50/15 vr rated
60.00 a tire
at tirerack.com the shipping is about 5 bucks a tire.

thier pretty grippy,
their good for stopping quick,
and they start to squeal to let you know your about to break traction in the corners.

I agree w/ slowpoke, GET KUHMO's!! Great tires and can't beat the price, you'll be amazed, MUCH better than stock and amazing wet traction too. Go w/ the size he recommended too.(205/50/15) Those will fit on the stock rims, thats what I got. And you won't feel bad when your tearing up the corners burning them off the wheels cause hell $60 bux a tire there pretty much disposable but they will last pretty good though, about the same as stock depending on how hard ya go on them.

Don't a lot of people run the Bridgestone Potenza RE730's also (same size)? I think they are a bit more expensive but also pretty nice.

I kicked out the stock tire on 10K miles.
I changed to Bridge Stone RE-730 205/55/R15.
Unfortunely, I lost my 4 wheels last Friday.
I am looking for new rims and new tires.

Personally, I am pretty happy on RE-730. It's better a lot than stock tire.

I had big big problem driving on raining day.
The RE-730 improve a lot on raining day.
RE-730 also quiet a lot than stock.
The starting grip was better too. Stoping grip was better too but still some other issue. Maybe 205/50/R15 can be better.

Now I have to find new rims and tires. So I do not want keep on 15" rim. I am going around between 16" and 17". I am not decide yet.

The 17" rim give me more tires choice. But 17" has max loading issue to let me worry about.

I will make decision next week.

By the way, The new tires, I will try the Kumho 712 ECSTA if I can get it.

Another vote for the Kumho's. If I didn't have to deal with snow I'd leave them on all the time. They are great in the rain too with that huge groove in the middle.

Yep, I have to agree that the Kumho's are great.

By the way, at what PSI are you guys running your 205 Kumhos?

Look at the RE910 205-50/15 as well. Good in rain and snow. Quiet when dry.

Ahhh I absolutely LOVE my Dunlop W-10's! THey are great on wet and dry surfaces and the tread wears pretty slowly from what I have noticed so far. tirerack.com should have these for 2$ more than Kuhmo's(at least when I ordered they were..).
