Nice car hat0r...

That looks like Parkview? I was just there not too long ago, test drove some fucking random cars: X6 omgwtfbbq?

I was bored waiting on my lawyer to hand me my house keys, then ended up test driving like 3 bimmers.

Anyway sick car, Auto is FTW (fuck euphoric is and his gear rowing). I thought that in Europe they released the diesel bimmers in manual as well? Maybe not the 335d but the lower end ones for sure came in manual.

Good to see we're finally getting some of the good diesel European vehicles!

When I was in Scotland, I was riding in a new Jaguar diesel for three hours, had to be told it was diesel. I had no idea.

Also lots of cool small Audi hatchback diesels in my wife's family over there. I really liked them.

ok after a few hours with my car and seeing half a tank of premium gas gone, I think I should have gone your route and bought one that ended with a D as well.

Sooooo almost 2 months later and here are some thoughts and ricey shit that I have done.

-Black grill to appease the resident ricers
-JBD
-LED angel eyes
-ipod dock to complete the smart phone integration
-coded the car to be able to play DVD's and videos off the iphone/ipod while the car is in motion.
-also coded for: digital speedo, close windows/sunroof with FOB, disabled the navi warning on start up
-activated the rear fogs (annoys the fuck out of tailgaters :P)

This is my first diesel + slushbox car ever so I was really taking a huge leap into this. Throttle tip in pre-JBD honestly sucked ass. I don't know why all current E9x's are like this but it's shit. Feels like the car has shit for power till you go deep in the pedal, not exactly linear IMO.
BMW should NEVER sell any 3 series without sport suspension and sport seats. M-sport aero package = hawt

Car handles great, especially for something that weighs 3800lbs. Everything is just so well connected. As far as mileage is concerned it's a mixed bag for me. I have been averaging 9.8L/100kms with 90% city driving. Did a mini road trip today and got the best mileage so far avg 7.0L/100kms mostly highway and doing between 120-140kms/h with some uhhh spirited driving. JBD is a must have, it has completely transformed the car. I run it at 100% setting and according to their dyno it should be around 300whp. Owners with just JBD at 100% are clocking 12.9 in the 1/4 and 4.7 to 60. JBD has also improved throttle response dramatically, however diesels aren't exactly rev happy cars...lol I do notice more turbo lag with the JBD though.

Car is stupid quiet cruising on the highway. 120kms/h = 1800rpm. I still don't miss 6mt yet....although I'm sure I will at some point. The ZF slush in this car is really good, it is actually quite responsive and shifts quick. If I ever need to replace this car it's going to be really really hard to find something that matches the fuel "economy" and performance of this "ultimate driving machine".

Oh and one last thing...diesel pumps are fucking NASTY!!!

Enjoy some super duper iPhone4 shots!

According to the OBC I should be getting almost 900kms on this tank, however with the city driving that I will be doing for the rest of this tank it's probably going to be more like 750-800kms on this tank.

I'd love to drop it, but it just handles so good the way it is right now. At least it doesn't have a huge wheel well gap, otherwise I would have dropped it already.

Diesel fuel doesn't evaporate like gasoline and has an oily residue. So due to spilss/splash backs most pumps are dirty as fuck. Gloves are my best friend now.

Did you buy the reset tool too, or just the JBD? Did you buy this car or lease it , aren't you concerned about warranty? Wife's gonna pick one up to replace her LGT which will be 7 years old come January. She's looking to pick something up at a good deal next year (last year for the body style).

I'm trying to convince her to get the msport package because it looks so good on your car.

FYI, 2011 is the last model year of the sedan. Shit was bought since the residue was disgusting at 57%. Bought JBD with canTool just in case the car throws codes. Not worried about warranty since I plan to clear codes before I go in. Once warranty is done I'm looking into getting rid of DEF and doing an ecu flash.
