Here is the update.
-110 lbs.
I've got about 20 more to hit my main goal which was 210. Once i get to 210 we shall see whats next.
I'm currently on week 5 of couch to 5k, I slacked and only ran half of week five day 1 (last week). It should be noted that I nearly threw up and that is the reason I stopped short.
I worked my ass off Saturday and puked during rep 7 of 15. I skipped the rest, but today I basically did Saturday's workout and made it through 10 reps.
I also decided to challenge myself a little bit and im running a 3.8 mile obstacle course / race in mid September ( http://www.runthejailbreak.com/ ). Trying to get a baseline of what I'm capable of. Pending that I might enter a few more 5k's and maybe work my way up to a half marathon and then a full marathon.

And they all pretty much cant shut the fuck up about how awesome we look! It's pretty badass!

Thank you all!
I'm really starting to enjoy training during the day (on my lunch break). It seriously keeps me on track for eating at lunch. I tend to stick with salad because i don't want to undo my 60-90 minutes of work.

take a huge dump, shave your head and sit in the sweat box for 40 minutes and BINGO - 5lbs down!
Now... switch gears from the numbers on the scale and start focusing on how you feel/look and how your clothes fit!
