Don't get me wrong Wes, I have no problems living in Durham... just that currently I still want to be closer to the city.
That said, I've come to the determination that I don't want to live East of Ajax nor North of Aurora and not West of Yonge. In fact, I want to stay away from Yonge so let's say Bayview. lol
