I am a condo dweller, I got zero experience with those things. Its a clunky machine to maneuver vs. being difficult.
You'll need a bucket, an adjustable wrench and a new quart of oil (normal 10w30 dyno oil works fine)
There is a long tube that sticks out from the bottom of the engine, this is the drain tube. Open that fucker up and drain the oil. Let it drip for a bit. After that, button up the nutcap on the end of the tube, open the fill plug and that's it. It should take a quart.
