I've been reworking stuff from last year (why? Probably because I have more important things that I'm avoiding). I posted a few in the shot a day thread.

Anyway, I just finished another one. Twice.

And after looking at it for a bit, I still wasn't happy:



I guess in some ways the sky looks worse with posterization. Don't know how I feel about color correcting the arch, the light definitely made it look red in real life.

For the OP for me, combine 1 and 3.

I hate the tungsten color of the arch, but love the trees.

In 3 the arch and sky are pleasing but the trees are meh.


The second post the new edit is AMAZING.

I LOVE that shot. What lens?

Yeah, I thought they were too distracting originally, but I may have overdone it.

1st I really like arch of 3rd one with the trees of the first. 3rd is my favorite because of the arch.

The 2nd set I really love the arch but everything on the ground seems very bright.
