So ive had a hard time lately trying to find the enthusiasm to get back into working out 5 days a week..Im a competetive dancer so i dance 3-4 times a week for about an hour...I dont have acsess to a gym and i need some hints or help to get a routine to help build up my stamina and flexability..i have weights and use thoes when i dance to help build upper body strength...what else can i do and what can i do to keep me motivated? any suggestions?

HOW DO I DO TO WORK OUT MORE AND STAY MOTIVATED. IDK how about....fucking put work in, stop looking for the easy way out and making excuses for it.

Your dance is a workout is it not?

1) Join a gym.
2) Then come back and talk to us.
3) Or take up running / swimming / biking

Ok Lewis...I was just asking since i dont have a gym..yes dancing is a workout but i was asking what else are good exercises to do since i dont have a gym..like what other kind of stuff i can do at home.
