You should have just left without telling anyone. It would be interesteing to see how long you could continue receiving a paycheck before they figured out you had no intent of ever coming to work. Screen all calls, don't reply to any messages... just milk that shit. I had this happen with one of my employees last year and you'd be shocked how long it took and how many stages it took before we officially took them off the books. Probably what I would do if I hated the company I was working for LOL

I made a decision, a tough one at that and I hope to look back 20 years from now and laugh about it. I left my job so now you can all have have a kick out of it, unemployed peasant with a crumbling "garage". Good times ahead  Word of advice to people looking for jobs, be very careful especially now with companies doing shady shit (small and mid sized ones) and all kinds of cuts to save money (cue c2k). If you are going to sign the dotted line make sure you talk to someone from the company prior...even if it means waiting in the parking lot outside and approaching someone. That's the biggest mistake i made so now i am going to pay for it. I am not going to talk about the details since I was considered "mangement" and I have to uphold some bullshit policy, but I am going to see councel tomorrow and we will see how this pans out. Although this might appear stupid, do ya have any certification/qualification to do any book-keeping for small business? perhaps start up your own small company doing book-keeping/taxes for them? my cousin has a book-keeper that comes in the shop every monday and he works a total of 5-6 hours. not too shabby.

better but i've been off work so thats probably why, going to call in and tell them to pencil me for next wednesday since i have to see the psych tuesday, it is getting kinda boring chillin at home although i did reseal the bathroom at my parents place (manual work ftw!), so we'll see i don't want to go back too early again only to bail.
