Not healthy per se but at least it's very low calorie and satisfies a sweet tooth.
A full cup of sugar free jello has 10 calories 4 tablespoons of fat free whipped topping (that crap in a can) is 50 calories.
So it's a pretty good 'craving killer' dessert that doesn't have much in the way of calories.
Also, the Detour bars are f'ing awesome and to me taste as good or better than any candy bar out there. I get them at Sams Club for like $15 a box of 24. Each one is 180 calories and 15g protein.

Chocolate bar.
lol - I do like to have a piece or two of good Swiss chocolate from time to time to calm my sweet tooth.
Not really all that healthy, but in small amounts its really not too bad for you
Real answer: dried fruit. I get it at the organic food store, and just eat a handful of dried apples when I want a 'desert' type snack.

Yeah, small amounts of dark chocolate usually do it for me.
If not, then pie.

Chocolate "cake" - no seriously.
In a microwave safe bowl, add:
1.5tbsp UNSWEETENED cocoa powder (19 cals) 2 tsp sweetner of choice (I use Ideal, which is xylitol based. Splenda and chocolate don't play well. If you can have real sugar, then go for it) - 33cals if using sugar, probably 10 if something else
mix
add 1 egg (74 cals)
mix
Drop 1 pat of butter into the middle of the bowl (33 cals) and microwave for about 45 seconds. This will give you a molten type cake - gooey in the middle from the butter, and cakelike on the ouside.
total cals using sugar: 160
Really good topped with a little bit of whipped cream and some berries.
