I have a honda 04 civic si and I am having problems with the ac leaking in side the car I was told it was the drainer but I can't seem to find it

Are you talking about the passenger floor board getting filled up with water?

If that's the case than there is a good possibility the drain for the inside evap box is clogged.

You normally can access that drain from the underside of the car.
