I just bought my first car, a 2000 si with a bad power steering pump and was wondering about the compatibility between models. I don't want to pay $200 for a new power steering pump, so I was going to pull one from a 2000 dx. The pump looks generally the same, but the mounts are a little different(?).
Has anyone had any experience and/or success using a dx pump on their si?
I can't really drive the car until I fix this, thanks in advance.

sure you can drive it, just remove the belt.
you can make the dx pump work.. but a 98-01 integra pump will bolt on.
