Obnoxious vibration over 70 MPH

Hello board.
I am a new owner of an '08 Si 4-door (w/Fujita cold-air intake) with 40,000 miles. It replaced my old '94 2-door Si, after 180,000 faithful miles.
Here's my problem: When I accelerate past 70 MPH, I hear/feel an obnoxious vibration/rattle in the passenger side/front of the vehicle. It doesn't matter what the engine is doing, so it leads me to believe it is a portion of a panel, wiring, or something like that--that is getting blown around at the high wind speed. I have checked and secured all the plastic body plugs under the front of the vehicle, and secured the license plate and holder. STILL makes this annoying noise.
Have any of you had this issue? If so, will you please tell me where you were able to locate the rattle/vibration? I have to believe that it's happening on more Si's than just mine.

You should also be able to bring it back to the dealership if you can't figure it out. It should be under warranty.

I removed the wheel, and checked the inner fender liner and splash shield. Nothing is loose that's visible. I even removed the license plate and license plate holder, as it is not designed to securely fasten to the bumper cover.
STILL makes this noise. Maybe the bumper cover is not attached properly? The vehicle has more than 40,000 miles on it, and the warranty covers 3 years or 36,000 miles.
Might bite the bullet and take it to the dealer anyway.

Might bite the bullet and take it to the dealer anyway.
yeah it might be worth $100 to let them diagnose it, especially since they will probably take it off your bill, if you let them do the work. Good luck.

My mechanic thought it was an issue with tire imbalance. The tires are brand new. I had them re-balanced at my tire place, and the issue remains. I am still stumped.
Will take it to Honda next.

Resolution!
It was the plastic panel that sits on the top of the radiator, under the hood. It's secured by plastic plugs--even though they were snug, the piece still rattled around, and I never thought it could make the sound it did. I thought the hood would sit upon it, but it doesn't capture the panel tightly when latched.
Is there any reason to keep this panel in place, other than aesthetic reasons (with the hood open)? Does it serve to prevent dust or debris, or is it decorative?

Are you talking about the plastic piece above the grille? I'd try to secure it better than just removing it. I'm no engineer but should help direct airflow and keep air moving over the radiator. Some companies make a "cooling plate" for older honda/acura vehicles that don't have it.
maybe you can try removing it and keep an eye out on the coolant temps.

If it only does at high speeds it would seem like a panel/molding/trim type of piece being loose.
