Nice press for your size.
175(just added 3 of those, oops)
All for 5 reps(and 3 sets except D/L
Pressed 104.5 new PR
D/L 125kg, so 275lbs, new PR
Row 65kg so 143lbs

i did 112lb when i weighed 147lb. i had a girl get on the scale and then she climbed on my back

hate doing heavy weighted pullups though, my elbows cant really handle the load

haha next time I try I'll have the fitness guy at the gym at work snap a pic. I've been close a few times but never got my chin over the bar on that day I rested my chin on the bar a sec.

Sadly I have to ghetto it and use dumbbells. I use a 70lb with a cord holding a 45lb to it. Gym at our San Diego site has a belt and plates which makes it a lot easier I did 3x90lbs there.

I love pullups and try to take a break every morning to do some and stretch out. Lately I hold a tennis bar in each hand and rest that on the bar. Usually do body weight sets along the lines of 2x20, 2-3x15, 2-3x10.
