I got a cheap set of Toyo RA1 tires but the tread is gone.
Meaning they're now a slick.

are they still safe to use at a tracking event?

any procatuions i should use if i do use them?

any insight and info is greatly appreciated.

I run the RA1's for autocross; they get better as they lose tread. When the tread is gone, they still have about 1/8" of rubber left. I have yet to cord a set! (had to throw them away as they got hard afterover 250 autox runs)
