I Live In Canada I Live In Canada Post Master Supreme Registered: 01/18/07 Posts: 10024	When you increase the amount of creatine in your body over the natural amount you retain more water than if you didn't. Its pretty well documented. You are also able to build more muscle which is more prevalent once you stop your cycle. If your lifting to build muscle/strength then weight should not be a concern

If you use CellMass which is BSN's version of creatine (since BSN makes No_xplode) then you may see some water retention. They do say Creatine Ethyl Esters (CEE) dont retain water like the monohydrates did. _________________________ -Jeff

LeatherNeck LeatherNeck Sr Member Registered: 01/16/01 Posts: 1235	I got used to NoXplode after a couple of weeks and had to step up the servings. All it did after a while was give me the shakes. I'm going to use Controlled Labs White Flood tomorrow. Hopefully it will give me some energy to get in the gym (no gym for home).
