played some softball last night (god I feel gay for admitting I played that game), and I still felt the groin, but still getting better. I have chest and back tonight, and then some cardio on the bike after. I hope that all goes well

IT sucks how knees and shoulders are the only parts that dont heal with out actively participating in rehabilitation.
I mean most of the other parts, you can just take 2-3 weeks off and you are healed.
I dont know, maybe its old age.

I just got over ITB syndrome and extensor tendonitis. Now I have a psoas major (hip flexor) sprain. All injuries were/are on my left leg. So before I run, I have to extensively stretch these parts. Prior to these injuries, I was running perfectly fine for a little less than a year and hardly stretched during that time period.

what are you doing? you sure you are pulling it.... and its not just cramping up?
100% sure. It never heals 100% and when I think it is healed, I go out and play softball, ultimate frisbee, or basketball, re-injure it...wash, rinse, and repeat. It hasn't bruised this time, yet...so I dont think its quite as bad as the previous injuries. Ive been keeping it wrapped up, iced, and elevated to the best I can so hopefully this doesnt last too long.
