played some softball last night (god I feel gay for admitting I played that game), and I still felt the groin, but still getting better. I have chest and back tonight, and then some cardio on the bike after. I hope that all goes well

you have to do some rotator cuff exercise to strenghten them. Try Animal FLEX, it's fucking awesome.

IT sucks how knees and shoulders are the only parts that dont heal with out actively participating in rehabilitation.

I mean most of the other parts, you can just take 2-3 weeks off and you are healed.

I dont know, maybe its old age.

I first hurt it when I had to play without cleats and I went to run out of the batters box only to have my leg lose traction and go flying back behind me. I felt that it hurt right then, but nothing awful. 3 months later, it's still bothering me. However, it doesnt hurt when I run/jog...only when going from a standstill to sprinting. Although it does hurt a bit today. Any remedies for this? Before and after every run, I do a good bit of stretching to try and loosen everything up.

FUCK! Playing intramurals tonight, I was rounding second on the god-awful kitty-litter IM field at school and my hamstring popped 3 times with me nearly collapsing as a result. FUCK FUCK FUCK. I am so god damned sick and tired of getting hurt no matter what I do. Complete Rotator cuff surgery, ACL/MCL surgery, miniscus surgery, hamstring injury all before Im 22 years old. \:\( FUCK!

I hurt something yesterday during the bench but I'm not exactly sure what it is. The best way to describe where it hurts is "inside" or behind my collar bone. Any ideas?

you did too heavy? or you're overstraining your chest. Can you feel the pain when you cross your arms and squeeze your chest?

I just got over ITB syndrome and extensor tendonitis. Now I have a psoas major (hip flexor) sprain. All injuries were/are on my left leg. So before I run, I have to extensively stretch these parts. Prior to these injuries, I was running perfectly fine for a little less than a year and hardly stretched during that time period.

Were your injuries due to a lack of stretching?

100% sure. It never heals 100% and when I think it is healed, I go out and play softball, ultimate frisbee, or basketball, re-injure it...wash, rinse, and repeat. It hasn't bruised this time, yet...so I dont think its quite as bad as the previous injuries. Ive been keeping it wrapped up, iced, and elevated to the best I can so hopefully this doesnt last too long.
