i figured this has been asked before over and over but i did a search and couldn't find what i was looking for. so...

i have an 00 si w/ minor bolt-ons (injen sri, skunk2 exhaust, msd ignition, etc) and i'm about to order a header. whatever header i go with has to be carb legal. the ones i'm considering are:

1) dc 4-1
2) dc 4-2-1
3) greddy 4-2-1

which one of these would be best if i'm shooting for gains from 5500rpms to 8200rpms (while in vtec)? if you recommend the dc 4-1, are clearance issues going to be a problem if my car is pretty slammed?

The 4-1 clearance is ok, the JDM DC is the one that hangs a bit lower, I've had both on my Si.
