Is there a post, other than the camshaft guide about Skunk2 Camshafts? I've got a 2000 Si and she's ready to make some more power. I've been looking at the Skunk2 camshaft, but not sure about the difference between the stage1 or stage2 cams.

If there is a post, point me there, if not any opinions would be great.

go directly to Skunk2's webpage and look into their cookbook.
Off the top of my head if your asking about tunner series, then:
Stage 1 are direct replacement, and no upgraded valvetrain required. Slight cam profile but nothing aggresive.
Stage 2 req. valvetrain upgrade along with compression. Normalish low-cam profile and bigger high-cam profile. These things scream VTEC, i love mine!
