kusan kusan Newbie Registered: 02/18/05 Posts: 45 Loc: socal	Just installed GC/Koni setup on my 2000 Si. Has GC tophats on the front, had to remove factory strut bar- won't fit without cutting. Any Aftermarket front strut bars that will clear the GC tophats on the factory strut bar mounting location? Thanks in advance!

Noob4Life Noob4Life Post Master Supreme Registered: 05/30/02 Posts: 26653 Loc: IL, USA	Find ones that mounts to the shock tower, and not where the Si/GSR one mounts. FYI, your car is essentially the same with or without the STB.

super_nguyen super_nguyen Post Master Registered: 10/02/05 Posts: 2443 Loc: winnipeg manitoba canada	these top hats extend above the normal placement of the stock suspension so for the oem strut bar to work you ahve to trim the edges of where the top hats extend to. _________________________
