For whatever reason I tend to come to SVA whenever I have a car question I don't know the answer to, so here goes:
I have a 98 Cherokee with a bad/dirty neutral safety switch, and on random occasions the car won't start. I can clean it or replace it, but is there a way to easily bypass this system?

I don't think the tcu even monitors that. I believe that circuit is only for the starter/shifter interlock.
I don't even remember posting this ever. lol.
