last few weeks have been hell for me and the car's been sittin ever since i broke the trans at the track. i've had parts already for it and whatnot but just no time to work on it. i finally got some free time last couple of days and got crackin on it so hopefully it'll be up and runnin again soon. some of you might hate but i got an OBX lsd and rebuilt it, got the vss gear and the bearings on, cleaned out the case, etc. need to replace the mainshaft bearing (which i need to order) and change out the 1-2 synchro (which i have). then i need to get the right shim. can't wait to be boostin again. tired of drivin the f150 all the time...

broke one of my 14mm sockets getting the bolts torqued on the ring gear. first time ever to break a socket. i thought i broke my Snap On torque wrench. man was i relieved.

Obx ftw.

You'll love it. I think beside the traction bars it's one of the best/cheapest mods that made the most difference.
