spdydre spdydre Newbie Registered: 10/21/05 Posts: 30 Loc: texas	well I headed to the track this past weekend and my 00 si with I/H was only trapping 85-86 mph...while there I got an engine light and my idle goes up and gets stuck at 2,000 rpms and just moves up and down really quickly. What could be the problem? I usually hit around 89+mph..

spdydre spdydre Newbie Registered: 10/21/05 Posts: 30 Loc: texas	yeah it jerks forward if I put it in gear so I had to turn off the car and back on and the idle went back to normal then started doing it again a couple minutes later

BGPMPN BGPMPN Jr Member Registered: 11/29/05 Posts: 647 Loc: kansas	yeah that sounds like your iacv went to shit thats what my si did take it off and try to clean it out with brakes and parts cleaner and let it dry before you put i back on and then reset your ecu and then go from there
