Hey Cincy folks
A couple weeks ago I spent about a week in Cincy during Chili week. It was great to go see some of the old spots I would hang out as a kid and see my old neighborhoods.
On to the Chili. As a child I basically only ate Camp Washington. It was my dad's favorite so that was the standard. When I came back for Chili week I went to the following:
Skyline
Gold Star
Dixie
Empress
Blue Ash
Camp Washington
The Chili Hut
non-chili related
Waffle House
White Castle
Buskens
Saint Francis Apizza
Midway Cafe (KY chicken wings)
My favorite chili was both Blue Ash and Chili Hut. Keeping in mind I only had Coney's at each place, fully loaded as god intended.
I also got out to Jungle Jim's which was just plain fun!
