Had to rip out the subfloor and vinyl plank, found a dead mouse, and still airing it out; dehumifier's been running since yesterday.

BISH0P BISH0P Step Up Babysitter Post Master Supreme Registered: 02/10/02 Posts: 20577 Loc: Toronto	Evergreen tree right in front of my house is dropping needles and pine cones like crazy all in my gutters. Rain was overflowing even though I recently cleaned it out but luckily no water damage inside the house. Need to get a quote on new gutters all around and get some gutter guards in as well.

A2B-Lexus A2B-Lexus Post Master Supreme Registered: 04/19/01 Posts: 45604 Loc: Raptors Land	had a small leak in the basement....went to investigate and found a couple of hair line cracks in the concrete. Sealed it up today with a tube of liquid concrete...good to go. Bring on the rain bitches.
