Well... I originally wanted to build a KA-T but now that I have 2 240's I am going to build this one for off road purposes, and the other will be my daily driver. Once i am completely satisfied with the s14 I will start building the ka24de-t for the s13. It needs a ton of love, suspension and body work itself.
So I am putting in a redtop SR with 55k on it, never street driven, has only done 4 drift events. Previous history of the motor was it belonged to a shop car that was just on display. Motor runs stout, no CEL lights, no idle problems, pulls like a supercharged car on steriods although i've never driven an sr'ed 240 before. I cannot wait for the upgrades I have planned.
gt3076r, full race manifold, and a haltech stand alone reading out to a stack cluster as I hate unnecessary gauges.
But I would like to just focus on the bodywork alone as it's already tedious enough and expensive.

Looking good although I don't know what you were doing wrong, but you do NOT have to unbolt any suspension pieces to get the motor mounts off... I've never used solid mounts and an SR but don't see how that would change things. It just takes an end wrench IIRC.

Yeah, you only find these things out when you take cars apart like this, at least there is no rust on either cars. (except where the intercooling piping holes were made and not treated.

Um... you've missed a lot of threads haven't you.
That's the house we started renting back in April's carpet was decimated, land lord didn't offer to clean it for us and said she would take it out of our rent.
5 months later we find out she lets the house get foreclosed, bank tells us we can stay in the house as long as we pay utilities and will tell us when to get the fuck out with a 90 day notice, and that about does it.
So yeah fuck this carpet!

Oh you guys asked if I was painting the engine bay, and if you didn't ask then this is as painted as it's going to get hahaha. (PER MY REQUEST.)
Brother with a razor blade scraping the paint runs.
Everything on, brother wanted to push it out to take pictures (the car still looks really black) well it is really black but the color will show a tad more once color sanded and buffed.
Yay for Paint Marring. There are a few other touch up spots than this.

clutch took a shit, replaced that. Turbo on the way out have a new one to install
