Finally had a chance to video my high bar squat wearing knee sleeves. I found it a lot harder to squat with the rubber plates as they sit farther out from the center causing the bar to bend and bounce around. 405 pounds @ 176 body weight https://youtu.be/UT2htQIol_8?t=35s |
