...in the last 3 years Its been a crazy transformation with lots of learning...but I could not be happier with the results. Thanks for looking. 11/28/12 190 pounds Back Squat: 225 Front Squat: 200 Deadlift: 300 12/4/15 185 pounds Back Squat: 345 Front Squat: 300 Deadlift: 385 Crossfit and diet. Was down to 175 about a month ago and A LOT leaner - you may remember my Slow Carb Diet Thread...which I still believe works really well ( http://forums.clubsi.com/ubbthreads.php/ubb/showflat/Number/8269759 )...but performance was suffering. Seems my body operates optimally right around 185...so while I'd like a little more abs, I like lifting heavier /bragpost |
