Anyone have a multipurpose squat rack at home?

That would be my ideal with an adjustable bench and stocked weights it would be ~$3000. That's $2000 more than what I'd want to spend.

Any suggestions for a grand?

Yes.

Powertech.

I will say, the dip attachment is awkward (the ergonomics just don't work well for me).

All the ones you guys posted are good options, but $450 delivered is tempting. Weights, bench, and bar should put me at ~$800 to $1000.

Check your local craigslist. I picked up my whole setup for under $1500. 4ft wall rig, 475 pounds of bumper plates, barbell, a few kettlebells and dumbells. There is always people around getting rid of equipment
