I felt this needed it's own thread... "leg update"

I've struggled my whole life to not have chicken legs... Even now looking at myself in the mirror I am very self conscious, but after taking this the other day I'd say I've been able to bring my legs up pretty substantially...
About 219ish here...
And that's a 6'1-2" frame fellas... Manlets have it "easy" to make big wheels...

I literally LOL'ed when I saw the picture. Not because your legs suck, but because of how much I suck at legs. Impressive work man.

I don't know that i'd say it requires loose moral fiber, unless you're the kind of person who lies and competes as a natty...
Obviously there's laws being broken, but i break laws pretty much ere damn day... lol

damn, very nice, that is how you do legs. I have a severed sciatic nerve so I can't grow muscle in one leg, seeing that makes me cry inside since all I have ever wanted is massive legs.

I should post a pic of my legs for reference. An entire lifetime of playing soccer and training legs and my legs are literally half the size of Diezel's.
