Hey protein junkies; a simple question really. I try to incorporate a type of fish into my every day routine, whether is be a can of tuna or a full fillet. It's a lunch staple for me. |

Every other day. I hope you aren't eating tuna EVERY day. You might get a slikz condition. Srs. |

I eat mostly fresh fish, the majority of what I catch on my own. Tuna is a filler when I'm short on time. |

That's good. Just be careful of mercury with those old ass fish. |

Next year will be a nice shake-up as I'll be moving from freshwater to saltwater catches. |

Sardines every day (for the most part as long as I go to the store, lol), canned tuna a few times a week (probably about 4). |

I eat tuna maybe once a week. I don't eat enough fish generally, although I like it. I'm more prone to order it out than make it at home. |

I have either tuna, haddock, or lobster every day. |
