I've had an internal pain that lingers around my bicep area when under load for close to 3 months now. For example if I do bicep curls I feel nothing, when I do incline/flat dumbbell press this stuff activates asap. Any pushing motion triggers the pain. I feel I can power through it for the most part, but it's uncomfortable and I feel at times I am getting close to doing more damage than anything. I've started doing lighter weight because of this, but the pain persists. The intensity of the pain has not changed, it has been the same for months. The only thing I can think of that's triggering it is I've started sleeping on my side to relieve pressure from my back (which has helped tremendously). In this position my weight is on my right arm/shoulder, which is what's possibly causing this. Thoughts? |

Stop sleeping on your side and find a way to relieve pressure on your back another way. Or sleep on the other side. |

I've let the arm rest for a while, took a month off and nothing has changed. Next step is the doctor I guess? |

I've heard that filling a small bucket with rice and twisting your hand in it can help alleviate the pain. Mine hasn't been bad enough to waste a bucket of rice. LOL |

lol I'm taller and stronger than he is. Relative to size I'm stronger than you, too. But whatever, continue to ruin the forum with your bullying and masturbation. This forum sucks because you're in it. |

Well, this was a troll. So I apologize. There was no big ordeal or pm to people, other than kuku to delete my account. |
