compression sleeves for weight training/sport?

I have been having a fair amount of elbow tendonitis (Not sure what i should call it). I just picked up an Adidas Arm sleeve for weight training and golf. I'm hoping it helps.

Any one have any experience?

Rehab exercises will work more effectively, in my experience.

When are you having pain?

It's pretty tender ALL THE TIME. It's not pain as much as it's a constant soreness. Maybe like tennis elbow or golfers elbow?

check out the compression cuffs from howmuchyabench.net I have the red one for my forearm. really helps with the fucking nagging. my arm feels fine but as soon as I squeeze something my forearm starts to burn like a mother. a sleeve isn't going to put enough compression on it to relieve the tension for you.

I'm having a flare up in my throwing arm, so I'm going to pull the sleeve out and ride it out with you.

WILL REPORT BACK.
