So half a 2.2 pound chicken, my veggie shake and a banana It's very extremely easy to shred weight with a veggie/fruit/seed/nut shake but, although you'll have a ton of nutrients you'll be protein deficient you must supplement protein or else you'll shed muscle too |

It's definitely on my to-do list. I have no problem prepping/cooking protein, I just don't like dealing with veggies. Assuming it doesn't fuck with my stomach, blending to get my daily allotment of veggies should be much easier. |

I need to setup a pull-up bar in my garage. I did the 100 pull-ups today on the rafter and it had sharp edges and random nails. Tomorrow is going to be lots of dead lifting and lots of high intensity running |

Got the regular Nutribullet last week. They hype is real. I fucked up the ratios of the first one and it tasted like ass, but I got it down now. Art's "go to" is pretty solid. I go without the kale stems, they seem to overpower the drink if you keep them. Kale Blueberries Strawberries Flax seed Raw almonds Then chug. It's not too bad, I also throw some ice in there occasionally. I also made some variations with pineapple and oranges. They were ok, but mixed berries is where its at. |

I have a $200+ blender. The standard Nutribullet destroys it. Tried this one today.... Baby Spinach Random bag lettuce.. "Italian" I think Raspberries 1 gala apple 10 almonds Squirt of honey. Not great, but not terrible. Blended, consumed, and cleaned up in like 4 minutes. I love it. |
