If you are getting these CEL codes you are the lucky winner of a civic with moisture in the exhaust!!! You now need a new Air Fuel Ratio sensor at the top of the exhaust. Luckily that part is usually $150+ instead of the cheaper O2 sensor ($100ish) in the middle of the exhaust.

also the service bulletin doesn't effect(affect?) our cars, just every other trim of Civic.

pulled the air fuel ratio sensor looked like this, seemed rather white instead of a darker carbon color of charring
Idled the car for about 20 minutes and drove it around the block and the CEL isn't back on yet.
