It's not a standalone model -- you have to spec a Fiesta SE and then add the "SE Ecoboost Fuel Economy" package.

I know, it's terrible eh \:\( You spec it out and are forced to use steel wheels.

I'm sure you could find stock alloys for dirt cheap though.

I'm guessing it's about controlling rotational mass, but still annoying.
