for sure nothing wrong with it, looks like it has decent bones and the property and access to a stream are cool not enough stainless steel for some but if you have ever rented a cottage up north this would be along the same lines for some of the offerings |

Meh, cool on them if that is what they want to take on. I must be doing something seriously wrong in life cause I wouldn't even entertain the thought of a $675k-$725k house/mortgage with their job situations. But at the same time, if you are considering a boathouse and a farmhouse in your search then I'm sure there was ample houses to pick within the city before settling on a fixer upper in Orangeville but to each their own.
